Lou started in real estate in 2004 as the office junior.

Over the next twenty years she worked her way through just about every role a real estate business has — admin, property management, leasing, sales and advocacy. If it happens inside an agency, chances are she’s sat in that seat.

Two decades inside the industry taught her how deals really come together — the good parts, the messy parts, and the moments where people are left navigating big decisions without the right support.

Eventually she realised the part she enjoyed most wasn’t chasing the deal. It was helping people make the right decision inside it. So, twenty years in, Lou finally decided to do it her way — and in the process, found her niche.
